Visiting during Coronavirus: help us keeping you safe
Our priority is the health and safety of our visitors and staff. In an effort to prevent the spread of COVID-19, we are enforcing strict social distancing and hygiene measures, when we are open.
When entering museums it is recommended to wear surgical or FFP2 masks and to disinfect hands frequently.
We have adopted time slots to make sure you’ll have enough time to enjoy the Botanic Garden and Museum safely.
You can book a time slot online before your visit. We recommend booking in advance, as there are limited available tickets for each time slot.
Time slots run every 30 minutes throughout the day. You will be required to arrive within the 10 minutes from your time slot. Past your time slot, your reservation shall expire.
The Museum and greenhouses, as well as the Bookshop and toilets, have limited one-way entry and specific signs to ensure social distancing. Please consider the maximum entry limits.
A standard visit to the Botanic Garden and the Botanic Museum takes approximately two hours. To allow everyone to safely enjoy the visit, we kindly request our visitors to refrain from exceeding a three-hour tour.
Groups can have a maximum of 10 people.
